Always a pleasure to stop by Grass Pad. They are always quick to greet me and see how they can help. Always very friendly and knowledgeable about my yard questions. They even put everything in my truck. Very nice people.

Nice selection and quality. Customer service the day I went was not good. Not busy at all and employees just walk by and don’t ask if you need anything. Might as well go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

We went to GrassPad to buy a couple of trees. Very helpful assistant helped us buy two trees. We asked for them to be delivered and planted. Planting service is not offered but we were given the name of a landscaper on a post it note. where this all falls apart is that they could not tell us if and when they could deliver. we were promised a phone call the next day to set something up. No phone call the next day. so the day after we called to find out when the trees could be delivered, we were passed to 3 separate people none of who could give us any update. We still have no trees and no idea when they will arrive. These are big trees so not sure how they expect people to get them home and plant them. we did not have this problem with Suburban lawn.

Amazing staff. Very willing to help explain any product and they won't sell you on products you dont need just to make a sale. Highly recommend!

I purchased this baby blue spruce tree from The Grass Pad on Barry Rd about four years ago. I named her "Belle Star." She is decorated for Winter Solstice each year, bringing good cheer to my home and passers by. The nursery manager, Jason, and Paul the turf expert, have gone above and beyond to help me. The ladies made this beautiful bow for my tree, as a gift! I highly recommend this store for thee best customer service! From: Neile
